We are connected to the True Vine! That connection gives us access to our Redeemer. We can talk directly to our God.
In today’s podcast I suggest taking one day and schedule each hour. It’s easy to lose focus of what is important. When we write down exactly what we do with our time it puts our lives into perspective. I pray that by performing this simple task, you find more time to do things of greater value.
We are grateful to our new listeners and welcome you into the purposeful family. We pray you will share this and other episodes with your friends via social media. You can follow us on Facebook and Instagram to join in the conversations and connect with other people of purpose. Thank you for your continued support.
Selfcare is important. It is all encompassing. We need to be mindful of our bodies. The physical and spiritual health will heavily depend on what we consume mentally.
In today’s podcast I give three examples of how to maintain our mental muscle. Developing reverence (a deep respect;love) for our whole self is a step in the right direction. We can allow God to work on us from the inside out. Once God has rebuilt us, we must continuously seek Him. Let’s work with God by:
Being disciplined to think constructively. Prioritizing God over our fleeting emotions and human desires.
Being in a constant state of reverence.
Using prayer as therapy.
Our minds need daily nurishment. When we feed off of God’s Word and apply it to our lives we can make positive changes.

The Lord is my light and my salvation. The Lord is my fortress protecting me from danger. I will not be afraid I will not tremble. I will remain confident. My heart has heard you Lord and I bow humbly to talk to you. Teach me how to live Yahweh. Lead me along the right path. I am confident I will see your goodness. Lord, I will wait patiently, bravely, and courageously for you. When I am lost I know you will conceal me and hide me in your sanctuary. You will lead those to me in prayer and rescue me even from myself. Lord thank you for Your written Word that I may learn its invaluable lessons. Continue to teach me in Your holy righteousness. Be our mighty sword and inpenatrable shield Abba Father for we need you always. Amen.
