This mentoring session is designed to spark questions and pique your curiosity regarding your thoughts. Our behaviors are manifestations of our routines and we have the capacity to make changes.
 
  • Insight is the capacity to gain an accurate and deep intuitive understanding of a person or thing.
  • Discretion is the quality of behaving or speaking in such a way as to avoid causing offense or revealing private information.
  • Knowledge is a familiarity, awareness, or understanding of someone or something, such as facts, skills, or objects.
