(2 CORINTHIANS 4:15)  All of this is for your benefit. And as God’s grace reaches more and more people, there will be great thanksgiving, and God will receive more and more glory.

🔴 THANKSGIVING DAY!

On the second Monday in October, we in the United States of America celebrate Columbus Day. We honor someone who discovered a land where the Native Americans had lived for years. While in Canada, they are celebrating Thanksgiving Day.

When we stop and think about all God did for us through His Son, Jesus Christ, we are filled with gratitude and thanksgiving every day.
During this worldwide pandemic, as you celebrate this Columbus Day National Holiday, or in Canada celebrating Thanksgiving Day, take the time to tell God, “Thank You!”

Sing His praises for all His blessings and loving-kindness. Praise Him for His faithfulness and answered prayers. Appreciate Him for being a promise keeper. Acknowledge Him for receiving you into His kingdom and sealing you for His marvelous works and purpose. If you have nothing to praise Him for, consider asking Him to welcome you into His family of believers. You will have countless things to thank Him.
An attitude of gratitude is the most significant altitude you can achieve living through Christ.

“Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, and into his courts with praise: be thankful unto him, and bless his name.” (Psalm 100:4)

  1. As a way of growing personally, many people like to focus on growing and developing relationships in their life.  Choose a friend or family member and write about how you could improve your connection with him or her.
  2. Have you ever helped someone else to get better at something in his or her life?  How did you encourage that person?
  3. Start cultivating feelings of gratitude. Think about the things you have and write them down.
