🔴 Ain’t None of My Business!

Though grammatically incorrect, how many times have you said or perhaps heard this or these similar phrases:
“I didn’t have anything to do with it!”
“I wasn’t even born yet; you can’t hold me responsible!”
“It’s not my problem!”
“I’m staying in my lane; it’s not affecting me or mine!”

How does God feel about indifference? In Revelation 3:15, “I know your works, that you are neither cold nor hot. I could wish you were cold or hot. 16 So then, because you are lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will vomit you out of My mouth. 17 Because you say, ‘I am rich, have become wealthy, and have need of nothing’—and do not know that you are wretched, miserable, poor, blind, and naked—“

We cannot discharge our responsibility to obey God by blaming others. If we are not a part of the solution, then we are a part of the problem.

We are responsible for knowing God’s Word and obey it. The consequences of rejecting God’s Word, commands, and purpose for our life will result in severe punishment. God will not ignore unbelief or rebellion. God is patient with us. He continually gives us many opportunities to repent from sin, turn to Him, and model His character and attributes inclusive of righteousness and fairness. God’s patience should make us not ignore His warnings and to come to Him and receive His salvation and His blessings!
