🔴 Do YOU love GOD’S COMPANY?
Have you prepared a special place to commune with God? If you have space for a table large enough for your Bible, journal, and pens, I invite you to set aside a place to talk to our good Father. Just as you would set the table to entertain friends, we should create an atmosphere of welcome and lingering conversation.
The area doesn’t have to be fancy; it just needs to be defined! One corner in a room or closet with the necessary tools: your Bible, pen, journal and an open heart and mind.
Suppose you have already created such a space – wonderful! Prayerfully, you are using it daily. Parents encourage your children to have such a room and help them prepare to have uninterrupted conversations and prayer with our Lord and Savior.
Have fun and enjoy God’s company. He wants us to spend time with Him!
Let us pray: Lord, Your word tells us to love you with all our heart, soul, strength, and with our entire mind. And for those who believe in you, you are our loving God and our fortress. We worship and praise you, heavenly Father, and give you glory and honor as you and you alone are worthy. Amen
