Jesus is the Only Reason Why You Made it This Far
Contributing Writer: Robin Lambert
Do you only see the inadequacy of your small resources?
The disciples saw the miracles of Jesus:
- turning water into wine
- healing the sick
- casting out demons
- calming the storm
Still, they forgot that Jesus was in their midst and He could abundantly supply for each situation. In your life, you are constantly faced with circumstances where you cannot meet a need. If you place yourself and the little that you possess in Jesus’ hands, you will find that His blessing and supernatural touch will meet every obligation.
His resources are inexhaustible! Each test teaches you new lessons in your life of faith, proving whether you will depend on the natural or trust Him to perform the impossible.
You may feel like you have very little faith and yet still be a person of strong faith. Because you choose to continue moving forward one step at a time never forgetting that your faith works. Faith is directly connected to the faithfulness of your Savior Who will provide.
It may take multiple storms and darkness to make you grow, but if you let your Creator do the growing, there will be growth.
Growth and change are painful, but more often than not, they reap priceless rewards.
Remember, you know the Master of the wind when storms come your way. When sickness finds you, remind yourself you know the Great Physician. When your heart gets broken, put yourself in the hands of the Potter. You may not see them while here on earth, which may discourage you, but it shouldn’t! Life here and now isn’t what you should be living for.
Keep up the good fight.
Be patient, and let the Grower grow you.
He bandages the wounded, rescues the desperate, and fills the empty. It doesn’t matter what you face or go through Jesus is the Way, the Truth, and the Life. He is everything you need! Do not be afraid! Jesus, the One Who walked on water, can take care of you.
