Bible Study & Devotional Day 96

🔴The Truth Affirms our Faith

Psalm 105:8- God remembers His covenant forever.
2 Corinthians 12:9 God’s grace is sufficient His strength is made perfect in my weakness.
1 Peter 5:7 – Cast all your cares on the Lord.
Psalm 46:1 God is our refuge and strength.

Social media is full of ‘tests’ to tell us who we are. They are generally fun, and the topics are endless—find your identity based on your favorite color or which celebrity you most resemble. It’s easy to get sucked in and waste time.

But what about our relationship with God? Who does He want us to be?

In a word- obedient.

Today’s reading helps us narrow our gaze and filter out the ‘noise’. Deuteronomy 29:28-29 reminds us that God sees everything. He wanted His people to enter into a covenant relationship and live in eternity. Yet, the people sinned by worshiping the golden calf.
We are called and can return to the Lord!

Think about the tests you’ve taken and what truth they revealed. Measure your scores against the truth of God’s Word.
