🔴 Just Watch

Written By Reason A. Chandler

Watch is a word of advisory to the wise as it gives warning of things to come. For a while, I lived my life as unwise, meaning I did not want to remember anything taught to me by my parents, grandparents, and the people around me. I tried to hide any signs of upbringing that would indicate where I was from and become something different. Of course, I wanted acceptance by everyone I encountered.
My need for approval overcomes my need to watch. So when certain things begin to happen in life, it is somehow connected to something you were taught in the past.
As the seasons change, so does everything around you.

Just Watch.

As the weather becomes cooler in the fall of the year, the leaves begin to change their color. At the same time, people change the color of their clothes and wear different styles of clothing and shoes. Just watch.
It is no different than all the sayings I heard from my parents than what we read in the bible. These things will happen, and we have to know the changes these occurrences bring.

Just Watch.

As we become wise, we begin to use our past experiences to show us why it is vital to make better choices. Prepare for seasons that we are going into and know what the future holds. Pay attention to your surroundings, and you will know what is coming your way.

Just watch!

There are signs everywhere that tell us what we should look out for and be ready. We must watch and pray for the strength to move forward toward what God has called us to and remember.

Just Watch!

Watching is also a word of life-changing instruction. Before receiving the teaching to watch, we were given different tasks to complete, so it is appropriate to say we could have been walking through life hopelessly lost. Without meaning and purpose, we search for any indication of what we should be doing. The signs indicate the choices we have made up to now. Though the Master has not yet arrived, we know He is on the way. While we watch for Him, we must also be busy doing the assigned work.
