The Game Changer

by contributing writer Kendra Dublin

Faith is a tricky thing. It is the confidence in what we hope for and assurance of things unseen. And yet, as Christ followers, the fruit of our faith is minimal. Why is that? Didn’t James say, through the Holy spirit, a prayer offered in faith is powerful and effective?

You constantly bear fruit of doubt and wonder why you are sick, unhealed, undelivered, and can’t get it right. The enemy creeps in and plants a seed of distrust in your soul, and before you know it, you are speaking cowardly prayers which get you nowhere.

Soon, you get mad at God because he didn’t answer you. You are still sick, have negative thoughts, stay in the same cycles, go to appointments, and are mentally and physically sick and sick of God, although you caused your longevity of pain.

Isn’t prayer offered in faith active?

How many times have you offered a prayer to God and didn’t believe it?

How many times did you say God’s will be done, as if his will is for you to stay shackled?

Isn’t the point of going to the Healer because of his law of faith that breaks down the impurities in our hearts and bodies, for a resurrected life?

Oh, how I wish we would get this because faith is the game changer. And assurance can only be sustained and developed through a real relationship with God which allows you to have a relationship with the saints. Consequently, you can confess your sins and ask for more prayers to be lifted up. The community is just as important as your relationship.

Go deep in prayer in faith today and see what God does. Then text three people to offer up that request for you in faith and see what God does. You will be amazed. Insert yourself on the healing list today because TOMORROW IS TOO LATE TO BE GREAT.
