Guiding Scripture:
Psalm 37:34 Wait for the LORD and keep his way, and he will exalt you to inherit the land; you will look on when the wicked are cut off.
🔴 Hope While Waiting
Do you recall a time when you experienced relief from pain? Was it physical or emotional? What did you do while you waited for the injury to heal?
Anticipation
Waiting involves staying where one is or delaying action until a particular time. We know from reading God’s Holy Word that it goes deeper. To wait for the Lord means we eagerly hope for His divine intervention in our lives. While everything is still moving forward, we adjust our posture to submit to God’s timing.
Keep His Way
No matter how difficult the circumstances may be, I pray you are strengthened by God’s promise that His will is done. Why is that so amazing? Because our Abba Father is a Provider and the Creator of all the world. Who better to see after our affairs than the very One who knows the future.
While you read today’s passages, think about the path of your faith journey. God is waiting for us to show up in specific areas free of pride, arrogance, and anger to submit to His command humbly.
Rejoice in the Lord, and He will continue to do a good work within you.
