Bible Study & Devotional Day 130

Guiding Scripture: John 6:22-23 ‘The next day, the crowd that had stayed on the opposite shore of the lake realized that only one boat had been there and that Jesus had not entered it with his disciples, but that they had gone away alone. Then some boats from Tiberias landed near the place where the people had eaten the bread after the Lord had given thanks. ‘
🔴 In The Same Boat
The Lord feeds us in a way that completely satisfies our souls. Yet, most of us will not chase after His bread of life. As you read the assigned passages, think about where you receive nourishment.
My faith shot for today’s reading is John 6:24. Just think about being in a place of corporate worship. A community coming together for the sole purpose of being filled by God. WOW! The other awe-inspiring message I received from this passage is that Jesus continues to move and be still. Yet, we as His disciples continue to chase after His presence.
Think about that for a moment…
God is omnipresent, but I believe the spirit compels us to evolve. The growth we experience through movement into other places energizes us. God is wisdom, He is love, and He teaches us through the stories of His chosen people. We are His people! Let us draw near to God and purify our hearts. Be loyal to the One who saves.
