I am a believer that God gave us everything we need to live fruitful lives.
Our Lord didn’t promise an uncomplicated life but one of joyous connection to following His ways. Our Abba father blesses us in ways we can not comprehend. Our Given Purpose as a collective body within Christ is to encourage one another.
If you feel the rules keep changing, it’s an emotional response to a broken system. We can learn to sway with the wind or trust God to be with us in the storm in this life. Stand on the water with Jesus! Don’t let those being tossed to and fro by greed or deception entangle you. There is freedom with God, and His yoke is easy, and His burden is light.
5 Steps to Regain Self-Control in any Situation
(1) set standards, (2) measure performance, (3) compare performance to standards, (4) determine the reasons for deviations and then (5) take corrective action as needed

Building Blocks:
Last week, on The Power of Love we used 1 John 4:7-21 as a foundational reading to guide us.
The nature of love is truth. We need not constantly hammer out details when we see things going arry. We need not place our neighbors in impossible situations. That isn’t love. The wickedness of pretending to love God while devising ways to have our cake and eat it to is not love. I have asked myself how can I keep going as a Christ follower? And the answer is to remember how much God the Father loves me. He loves you dear person of purpose. We can be confident and have no fear that the Lord our God loves each and every one of us. We have a responsibility to show that love.
